I had a really disappointing experience at the Aritzia store in Dadeland Mall. I spent a significant amount of money on a dress that turned out to be poor quality. When I was checking out, I specifically asked the cashier about the return policy, and she told me I had 30 days to return the item. Based on that, I felt comfortable waiting a bit to bring it back — but when I returned around day 24, I was told that returns are only accepted within 14 days, and 30 days only applies for exchanges. This was never mentioned during the purchase, and nowhere on the emailed receipt does it clearly explain this policy.
As a result, I was only offered store credit, which I didn’t want, because I honestly don’t want to shop at Aritzia again. The quality doesn’t match the price at all — $98 for a basic shirt is outrageous given the material and construction.
What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. When I calmly tried to explain what happened, the employee dismissed me and told me, “You sound confused,” when I asked to speak to a manager. That was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was misinformed by their own staff, and then treated poorly when I tried to clarify the issue.
The customer service at this location is terrible — pushy, cold, and unhelpful. Employees act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. The store vibe is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Honestly, for the price, I’d recommend shopping somewhere that respects their customers and stands behind what they sell.

Read moreOne of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I’ve had at Dadeland Mall. I’m not sure if the staff at Aritzia are trained to racially profile or are pressured by management to constantly approach customers, but the result is aggressive and off-putting. While browsing, three separate employees asked if I wanted to leave my clothes in the fitting room. I declined each time, as I preferred to keep them with me to visualize outfits. The first employee then asked if I wanted to leave them at the register instead after declining to put them in the fitting room. The second repeated the same question twice after I declined and looked shocked when I walked away, just standing there and staring at me. When I told the third it was the third time I’d been asked, she just laughed. I also caught these staff members staring at me multiple times at the fitting room and at checkout. This is a fast fashion store not Gucci. Please train your employees to respect personal space and read basic...
Read moreAlthough the store opened up recently, I would be none the wiser with how the employees conduct their business in such a productive manner. There’s always someone ready to help you. There’s always a nice employee ready to help me. Not to mention the amazing service that I don’t have to carry clothes around and we’ll have it taken to the fitting room for me while I continue shopping. I also wanted to mention that you can request a fitting room with a mirror inside and they will be most happy to accommodate you.
A big thank you to Mia, she is the most helpful, she gave me wonderful style advice, and pulled pieces I wouldn’t even think to grab and helped me make the cutest outfits ever. Such a lovely girl and made the experience worthwhile. I will definitely be asking for her each time I go since she knows what she’s talking about and has every item of clothing memorized in that store truly...
