I went to the store in Dadeland Mall for the first time and unfortunately did not have the best experience. I’m not sure what the worker’s name is, but she has black hair and a fair-medium skin tone. She was very rude to my family and was talking to other people about us thinking we didn’t hear. She did not attend me as I was waiting for the fitting room and was saying one of my family members was walking around and touching things when that’s what customers are supposed to do to see if they like something… It seemed like she was bothered that we were looking at the merchandise or was dreading having to put something away afterwards. The fact that she was talking “behind our back” really rubbed me the wrong way and I hope one of the managers can tell her something or fire her because that is not an example of a professional, ethical, and friendly employee.
