after being a client since the store opened at Dadeland I will never come back. I had to go back and change my review of 5 stars to none. I have purchase every shirt and outfit there is for as long as I can remember. I was exchanging one jacket that I did not buy on sale. Returning in the same condition I bought it.

Obviously the size was wrong. They did not want to exchange as it is a $400 jacket.

The manager was super rude and not a reflection of what this store is or at least was. I will never again purchase at this store and perchance at WHBM again.

Buy on-line and stay away from this store....

Terrible attention from Miss Stephanie, my daughter went shopping because I referred her to it, and Miss Stephanie, the store employee, was attentive to everything that was happening around and on the outskirts of the store except what my daughter needed, and On top of that, he didn't help her with her purchase in the end! While the selections are nice they do lack in some aspects, nevertheless when it comes to more professional clothing they definitely take it away; I was happy to find some cute outfits here. The associates were very nice, attentive, and never let me hold more than 3 items before they came to help.
