We have been loyal clients of Shira for over 20 years, and we’ve worked with their products for a long time because we truly like the results. Given our positive experience, I decided to explore more of their product offerings and requested information about a wider range of items. Knowing that Shira provides personalized training to guide clients in product used and purchases, I was eager to take advantage of this service. I scheduled a class at my establishment, and my entire team set aside time from their busy schedules to attend the session with Jordanna.

Unfortunately, the class was canceled at the last minute due to personal reasons, and we were assured that we would receive a call to reschedule. However, despite following up with five phone calls on our end, I continue to be told that Jordanna is either sick, on vacation, or unavailable, and that she will reach out with a new date. To this day, I have not received any further communication.

It is incredibly disheartening to see that after so many years of loyalty and commitment to their products, our dedication as clients is not being valued or considered. This experience has left us feeling neglected and disappointed in the level of customer service we’ve...
