We received terrible service by employee 517021 (initials S.S.) at MSY airport near gate B8 on 2/26/25 at 5:44PM. She clearly didn't want to be there and didn't like customers (even polite ones). As soon as we walked up she said "no wraps." That was what we walked from C for, so we asked for two turkey and avocado salads, with dressing on the side instead. She made an error on the first one and had to start over. During the entire encounter she had irritated body language, everything came out of her mouth with a tone, and she even said "I'm so over this" to a co-worker. We never leave reviews, but there were three employees, no other customers, and we were treated like an inconvenience. I often visit another restaurant that makes healthy choices for travelers. This was nowhere near it in terms of quality or service. While waiting to order, the server kept glancing at me and seemed irritated or bothered that I wanted to order. When I ordered a wrap, she told me that she didn’t know what was on it and asked me to read out the ingredients from the menu. Even so, she missed some of the ingredients. She put the wrong dressing on the ingredients as well! It tasted nothing like a southwest wrap and was very messy to eat, especially compared to other places I’ve been. The food was pretty good- glad to have an option other than a greasy sandwich in the airport. I guess the avocado in my wife's wrap was not ripe, but overall my "beet street" was a good vegetarian option. Marking this at three stars as I felt we also got overcharged on my wife's choose-your-own wrap. I was not terribly confident in the accuracy of what was rung up by the older gentleman at the register, having rung up eggs and peanuts for my wife's wrap when it had neither-- somehow it ended up costing $17 for that one wrap 🤔.
