WORST, HORRIBLE, AND MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE...WALK PAST THIS PLACE. Absolutely do not waste your time or money here. Got off a flight and our 5yo wanted a hot dog. Ordered a simple hot dog but the staff working here are the most unintelligent, lazy, incompetent, brainless "humans" I have ever encountered. All walking around aimlessly while 15 people wait for orders. They were just confused, staring into space with no direction and clearly not one brain between all of them. I could see my hot dog sitting ready to be served but they kept giving others orders. Wait 15min and then asked the women who grew more and more confused. Started to yell at her as did other customers including pilots. Finally got the hot dog and it was cold. Honestly, a bunch of kindergarteners would do a better job working the line, cash register and customer service. Brainless people with no customer...

At 11:10am on 5/25/2020 This place was totally understaffed. Long line of customers waiting for there food, other customers waiting to order. Unfortunately there was only one employee (Nijah). She was taking orders, cooking food, and presenting orders.

To me, this is poor restaurant management. I understand sh*t happens, but this is unacceptable. This ain't good for your business. This is unhealthy and inhuman for your employees. And most importantly, it's not good marketing..BAD propaganda for your customers.

It was weird… I ordered a burger with gluten free bun and then joined the people patiently waiting for their order. My receipt showed I ordered at 3:32. Only 2 people got their order after I ordered. I saw a few people wait at the counter to order and nobody came to take their order. There were 4 guys on the back grills and around 4 women on the front line but nobody’s order came. It was 3:58. People started questioning each other what was going on. Nobody notified us to any specific reason we just waited and waited. Some people had to go due to time restrictions.
