I wish I could give them zero stars. They did absolutely nothing. I stopped by the airport location. The gate area was not crowded and no one was at Lucky Dog. I walked up and asked for a regular dog and was told there were none ready and that it would be 3 minutes. The sensible thing to have done would have been to take my order anyway. But the two women standing there were too busy gossiping to really be concerned about helping me. I went on my way and came back 5 mins later. I was told once again that they didn’t have anything ready. How?! Again, the airport concourse is sparse. At this point I just told them never mind and went to Chili’s where everyone else was. The women went back to gossiping. This would have been my first experience with Lucky dog while in the New Orleans area. I hope the rest of the locations aren’t as awful...
Read moreI grew up with Lucky Dogs from street vendors in NOLA. Passing through for work I saw the lucky dog stand and decided to get one for nostalgia's sake. I would have walked away before ordering if I hadn't had my heart set on getting...

They were more concerned with eating their own food and talking with random other airport employees that stopped by (who cut the line...which slowed things down even more). One of the employees only had one gloved hand, serving food...the ungloved hand she was using to eat her food, while licking her fingers (eating a pretzel) ...then touched customer's food. But, after standing in line so long and being hungry, what can you do. So I still ordered and ate it... pretty good hot dog. Improve the customer experience and they might turn over...
