I appreciate the efforts any business makes to build a reputation, but this company is not honest.

Do not trust them! Verify all their products with other sources first.

One representative assured me that a transaction wouldn't affect my credit, but it did. He promised that if it did, I would receive the product for free, yet he failed to honor that commitment.

The same representative claimed the item was genuine and could not be proven otherwise. However, every jewelry store at the mall confirmed it was fake almost instantly.

Additionally, I left my phone on the counter, which should lock after one minute. When I returned to the store ten minutes later, my phone was still unlocked next to him.

I didn’t come into the store to buy a watch. I came to kill time while I waited for a watch to be resized. I was warmly welcomed into the store. I was only looking around but happened to see that the store carried my favorite brand of watches. I told the gentlemen that I needed time to think about it and he allowed me another day to do so. AK the stores manager was pleasant an made my visit there a great experience. I purchased a ring for my wife and he gave me a great deal I couldn’t pass up. I am an actual customer so my word is my bond. I will definitely get more from Cresent Jewelers....
