The food was absolutely revolting. The noodles were entirely flavorless and more overcooked than I thought you could get noodles without them dissolving. Nearly inedible. We got the firecracker mongolian chicken and it was actually really good. But they also REALLY skimp on portion size. What a great place, I can see why they have the largest steady flow of customers compared to the other ghost-town eateries. We grabbed lunch here today because everything looked so fresh, they gave samples, and we were met with smiles! The bourbon chicken sample was sooo delicious we were sold on the spot! The string beans were delicious, Mongolian beef excellent, honey chicken amazing flavor. The food is so fresh, because the flow is steady, the flow is steady because it's good, simple enough....

Staff seemed to be tired, although they serviced without a smile. Food was fresh and hot. I ordered 3 separate meals. Mines was the two entrée meal with firecracker chicken and honey chicken and it was plenty. There wasn't a major wow factor to the food to me. The strawberry lemonade was delicious.
