Five years after my husband bought my first levian piece, he told me I could go ahead and now get a band to go with my wedding ring.

As far as Rings go we did things sort of unconventional.

Levian is my absolute favorite designer. I love their chocolate diamonds and I think the design and the variety surpass all other designers by far.

When I started to look for a band I wanted it to be levian. I found the search to be quite difficult. None of the Jewelers around Atlanta carried what I found online or had anything that would go with my original wedding ring.

I went ahead and order the ring from Kay Jewelers at the mall but was not very content and felt without seeing it in person I was not going to be completely happy when it arrived. Another thing about this ring is the size was going to be too much next to my original wedding ring.

As my last and final attempt I reached out to Jared in Kennesaw off Barrett Parkway. I was so blessed to get HARRIETT on the phone. To my utter surprise, HARRIETT immediately informed me that she had several LeVian pieces in stock and that she was going to pull these pieces for me , and invited me in to her store as she assured me we were going to find something that I absolutely lovs that was LeVian.

Within just a couple minutes we found the perfect piece. It was very very very expensive and she got authorization to take a couple hundred dollars off the band and forgoed the the process there jewelry maker would have to do to solder my original ring into the specific band I chose and resize the new stand which was actually two.

Overall the service was beyond excellence. She actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for and was determined to satisfy me as her customer. I would recommend 100 friends to her at this jewelry store any jewelry store she works at.

By far not only HARRIETT but Jared will be the only jewelry store I go to from here on out. Is simply luxurious, the stand-alone building adds character and it is not cheapened by being in the mall.

I have never been so satisfied with customer service because I've dealt with so many terrible customer service experiences that dealing with something so special like this one is remarkable and memorable.

I encourage everyone to go to this jewelry store and especially work with the jewelry customer service rep I did.

I came in here to inquire about jewelry repair today and the customer service was terrible after a certain point. A woman greeted us at the door and walked us to the counter where I showed her the jewelry that I was trying to repair. Upon looking at it she stated that they would be able to fix one part of the necklace but she didn’t think that there was anything they would be able to do about the other part. She quoted me about $130+ but it made no sense for me to have them do the repair since clearly they were not skilled enough to repair the entire thing. From there her entire demeanor became condescending and she became uninterested. I guess she felt like I couldn’t afford the repair. Also it is solid, handcrafted gold jewelry, which is sentimental to me, and I have had it for a very long time. She probably knows nothing about it and it looked foreign to her. I then asked her if they had any gold cross pendants, to which her reply was “, unh-unh, and if we do it would be over there, these over here have DIAMONDS in them” (as if to say I couldn’t possibly afford the ones with DIAMONDS). I stopped to look at the women’s cross pendants and she called me over to show me some huge cross pendants which looked like men’s jewelry (I don’t know what her thought process was on that). Anyways, by this point the energy we were greeted with at the door turned to “mm-hmm” and “unh-unh” responses. I told her that what she showed me isn’t what I’m looking for, then silence fell. At this point the entire situation and her attitude were laughable so I said “Ok have a nice day” as we walked out the door and she answered something along the lines of “uh-huh have a nice day” and we exited this place and will never return. I have purchased jewelry from this location and do not remember the customer service being like this, but it was also years ago. I went to another jewelry store in the area which had the skills necessary to repair my necklace, my mother also got 3 necklaces, an anklet and a pair of earrings repaired. It wasn’t in my plan when I left my house today to make such a major purchase, but I fell in love with it and ended up buying the cross pendant with the DIAMONDS in it, from the other jewelry store nearby. I had my eyes on something else on their website but I will no longer buy from Jared and I’m happy that awful woman showed her true colors and I didn’t...

I really tried to make this Jared location work, but multiple instances of less than satisfactory customer service came to a head today. I have a few rings from James Allen that come with lifetime rhodium plating service and within the last couple years they’ve added Jared as a partner for those services. I’ve attempted to get these services done 3 separate times over the course of a couple years and have been met with anything from confusion to flat out disrespect when requesting the service. Today was the last straw, as I came prepared with all the necessary James Allen information so they could pull my order info and confirm what I already knew to be true (can you tell this isn’t the first time this has happened?) and was still met with a mixture of confusion and then pure disrespect when I requested the same services I had done in the past. I give our salesperson the benefit of the doubt, as she tried to handle the situation with the utmost grace, but one manager tried to rudely intervene and inform me I was wrong, while another manager refused To speak to me and only had the wonderful salesperson do his bidding by sending her to ask me for order number and name, while being 15 feet away the entire time. After being told my free warranty services were now $99 per ring more than once (and after I calmly informed the sales person I’ve had this conversation before , that’s simply not true), I was eventually informed that the manager hiding behind a half counter said I was actually correct (color me shocked). They promptly offered the services I requested (though this time free, as per my warranty) and I politely declined. I’ll be finding a new Jared location as this one clearly doesn’t care about its customers at all. Let this be a warning to any James Allen customers planning to use this location for the lifetime warranty services; they will tell you repeatedly they know nothing about that partnership and only repent once you give them your James Allen information for the third or fourth time.
