I am Very disappointed in my experience tonight. I’ve been going to this Chick-fil-A for many years. Ever since the remodel, the service has plummeted. The drive-through has been particularly slow the last three times, so I decided to go inside today. No one was in line, so we walked right up to the counter. At least 5 employees walked buy and not one greeted me and my daughter. No one even looked at us. After a couple of minutes, a girl came to take my order. She kept cutting me off asking “will that be all” after every item in my order. It felt like I was inconveniencing her and she wanted to be done with me as soon as possible. Then I gave her a gift card and asked her to see if there was any money on it. She said there was about $15 and change. And my total would be under $20. Then magically the money disappeared and she said that there was no money on the card. She “kindly” asked me if I wanted her to throw it away. I’m there with my child and don’t have the time to dispute this and ask for a manager to assist. I was not given a receipt, I’m guessing she either didn’t care or didn’t want me to get her name. I asked for several sides of pickles, none of which were in the bag. When My order was ready, someone called my name to come get it. Again, nobody acknowledged me, or looked at me. Like I was inconveniencing everybody with my presence inside the building. Sorry y’all could just throw the food in car and run like you do in the drive thru and curb pick up. I had a similar experience at the drive-thru, where it seemed like I was inconveniencing the employees. I’m not sure what’s happened with Chick-fil-A, but I would not be proud of the staff members. I will discourage my family and friends from coming to this location. I’m sorry CoVid has allowed these kids to not learn any social, polite, or customer service skills. Read moreMy experience here is normally great. I eat here at least 2-3 times a week since I work down the street. All of my food is ordered on the mobile app as I feel it's faster, easier and more convenient plus I usually dont have my card on me. Today I placed a mobile order for a chicken biscuit and an Arnold Palmer and waited in line for 15 mi minutes which is out of the norm actually and still had yet to arrive at the window to recieve my food. I decided to cancel my order on the app and leave to go to work to avoid being late. As I head to work I recieve a notification that chick fil a debited my card so I had to turn around and come back. I was told the app has nothing to do with the store so when I cancelled my order, it didn't register with the store, doesn't make sense but ok. I then asked for a refund and she said insert your card, I dont have my card thats why I order off of the app, so I had no choice but to get my food which I was over at this point. As I'm walking away I here the cashier talking to the lady who was working the drive thru say "well why did she come in then if she didn't have her card" . Very rude and unprofessional if you're going to talk about guests at least make sure we're gone first. I addressed the cashier and asked if there was a problem because I heard them discussing me "oh no she wanted to know what happened". Read more=========Update========= Haven't had any issues with my orders lately. Everyone here is respectful and the time spent in the drive through WAS much quicker with the introduction of the mobile only lanes.
However, deducting points because it's not first come first served. The mobile orders lane is the last to be served always. On multiple occasions I have seen people come into the regular lane or walk in the store and leave before me. As well waiting 20-30m with no apology or some kind of recompense is not good service. It has caused me to be late for meetings. I will have to bow avoid this CFA.
Previous Review======= I have been coming here for years. I usually give a place 3 tries to make things right within 6 months. This place has failed more than 3 times now. People make mistakes, understandably, but something has changed after the remodeling.
The order is literally there on the bag. You can take an extra 5-10s to check the bag and make sure everything is there. Yet it doesn't happen and I end up leaving, missing food I paid for or just straight up getting drinks or food I didn't order (not extra, replacing my food). This is understandable with how busy they are, but it has happened even while not that busy.
They are strict with their breakfast time. I have ordered it twice on the app only to show up 2-5m late and have them decline my order. What's worse is one time I was late because of how slow the drive through was and I got blamed and my order denied. Only mentioning because...
