Town Center Commons — Local services in Kennesaw

Never having been to Bahama Breeze, I ordered predominantly from the appetizers portion of the menu so that I could explore what the "vibe" by sampling various tastes, flavors, offerings. I ordered by phone and picked it up take out to eat at home.

From the lovely young lady who took my call and clearly went above and beyond any reasonable expectations in terms of service to the manager who was a bundle of happy, helpful, warm & positive energy himself - all of that wound into a big bundle of sincere Welcome. His true smile spread ear to ear and never wavered, and he literally stopped midstride (he was clearly headed somewhere with purpose) to greet me with a sincere "Hello, we're glad you joined us tonight. If you need any help or if there's something I can do to improve your experience with us please let me know. Back to the girl handling take-out orders...she fielded several of my "newbie" questions and when I went digging for some of her personal favorites & opinions did not hesitate to provide them. That came with another bonus - the icing on the cake - which were what turned out to be spot on & absolutely perfect suggestions, advice and direction from the moment I walked in the door until I eventually made my exit, order in hand. Her patience was quite noteworthy as well, especially when I'll admit that I'm often what you may call "high maintenance" and/or difficult ➡️ perticularly with anything pertaining to food - which is definitely a love, a passion for me - FOOD! Her awesome spirit and positive energy, on top of her amazing patience that didn't falter, never lost momentum. Honestly, it was so very refreshing to witness and experience, it was almost contagious. I'd be negligent if I didn't include the fact that the happy, positive energy and team wide quest & desire to be truly helpful to customers, and to provide impeccable customer service without fail, was very evident and painfully obvious to me in Every. Single. Member. of the Bahama Breeze team! Every emplyee of BB that I encountered on my visit to the restaurant was a walking, talking and perfect example of hard working and positive and energetic and dedicated and problem solving and successful in their mission.

Manning the Take-Out post included the responsibility of putting the orders together & delivering it to the right customer. The impressive star of the night gathered my order, put it together and neatly packaged it to deliver promptly into my hands. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, her demeanor - lovely, pleasant, willing to help and eager to please - never waivered. Went to Dicks for special shoes for my son, the gentleman that helped me who was knowledgeable about flat foot was amazing. I was About to get the wrong kind of shoes. And he helped him get the right kind and made sure that they felt good on his feet with his inserts in which I actually did not think about doing not sure why.
