Read moreBrought in a sterling silver watch to have movement replace Sam the owner said he would replaced for $35 and polish it up to look like new. Well it looked worse than when I brought it in. There was a spot on the band where he tried to polish it and he said it was not silver. It does have the .925 stamp. It is an ecclissi watch that came from QVC so if it said it was silver it was silver so now I do not trust theses people at all if I were you if you're having any work done there I would take a picture of the item front and back to make sure you get the same thing back I was all excited about my new watch and now I'm very disappointed will not go back. Also there was another big .925 on inside of band which is no longer there I don't know if he polished it off or what. Luckily there was another .925 elsewhere on the band so I had to prove to the guy it was silber. I am reviewing again because Sam the owner said to bring back watch he would re rhodium it. That is what I thought that "Mar" was when I picked it up originally the rhodium had been polished off. Anyway the watched looked alittle better and he actually gave me $110 dollars which is what I saw it listed for on mercari. So that made me happy. Read moreCame in and was greeted by Sam the owner. So friendly, so easy to talk to. He didn't push a sell on us, but I found a beautiful band and one for my fiancé. It was the first stop, so we told him we would be back. He said he'll hold it for 2 days because he'll likely be gone. We wrote a note of what was offered and I put down my contact details. 2nd day I was back around 3. Came in, wasn't greated. Was just starred at. Me: "Hi I was working with Sam, he was holding 2 rings we'd like to purchase today." HER: "He's not here and I put them back" I asked if she knew when he would be back or if we can find them again. "I dont know which one's they are are" Okaaay, can you call him or do you know when he'll be back? It was as if she didn't even want to make a sell. I looked at my fiance and said, let's just go somewhere else. The woman eventually says she'll call him. He didn't answer. She said she'll have him call me back, but never got a call. Making an update to my review. As of today 5/15 I rcvd a call back and apology from both Sam and the other sales woman. I appreciate the effort to try and make things right.
