I love this Sephora, they have one of the friendliest people working here. They remember me and always make me feel good when I go in. Today I was only disappointed because yesterday I had went in asking if they could find my shade in a NARS foundation I had been color corrected for the last time I had went in. The women that was helping me did her best and seemed confident it was my shade. I went home and noticed it wasn't. This was no problem at all since I knew Sephora's exchange policies. I went in today to get my make up exchanged and they asked me to pay extra money. I had used my Insider Points to get money off my purchase the day prior so they did not want to honor a simple switch. I was very surprised that I basically couldn't completely utilize my Sephora Insider Points. That to me wasn't the most upsetting part. It was mainly the manager who decided to help. I told him the whole situation and was not concerned or empathetic. Just very much "their is nothing I can do" "it is what it is". Not impressed with his costumer service. I was looking at a product to buy and the associate who was helping another customer came up to the same products as me, which usually isnât a problem at all. But the associate almost literally pushed me out of the way to sell products to the customer she was helping. I politely moved out of the way a little, but then the associate came into my personal space even more to grab over me. I honestly am never bothered by moving for others, but I couldnât even look at what I came into the store for. I moved out of the way for them, waited for some time, waiting patiently, but ended up just having to leave the store. The gal that checked me out at the register asked if I was helped, I said no and started to shortly explain what happened, but she then cut me off to tell me my total.
