Me and my mom go to this place a lot after we stuff ourselves silly with fast food, and after drinking all that sweet tea sometimes I get a sugar high from it and feel jittery, and I go to the dog toys and listen to them to calm my nerves. I can tell the staff here are all nice and supportive because they have never asked me to stop squeaking the dog toys when I put them up to my ear. If you are shopping on a budget or searching for great prices you cant beat the selection and prices. The prices are amazing.The isles are little tight in some areas, but for the most part they seem to keep the selection well organized for easy find. However, do not expect friendly, professional service from management, it is hit or miss, some days are good some are bad. It is obvious management needs customer service training or they are placing wrong people in the wrong seats. My experience with non management staff has been very pleasant. My experience with management has been a nightmare! Ms. Lash was one of the worst CS experience I've had. Some people are not cut out to be customer service managers or leaders in the retail industry and I must say, Ms. Lash is in the WRONG role and the wrong industry. Just...
