I come here often for juice and I love the place. This was my first time buying a vape from here and less then a week of having it, the device will not charge or hit. The light just flashes red constantly and never changes. The guy said it just needs to be charged. He said he got it to charge and before I walked out I asked if I continue to have issues I can just come back and swap it right and he said “no”. This place has always been the place I spend money but not anymore, went in there tonight 7/6/20 around 9:15 the guy with big gauges in his ears asked me to put on a mask or he would not sell to me , i then explained to him I had a medical condition and was not able to wear a mask , then he said he had mask for sale if I wanted to buy one he would sell to me , i then explained I had a health condition and he was violating my rights by not helping me and I showed proof , he then laughed and said he didn't care he wasn't going to sell to me . They had Coastal Clouds listed at 17.99 on shelf. I have bought it at 17.99 at this place for the last few months. It rang in 19.99 and the attendant refused to sell for 17.99. I get this for 15.99 at the other local vape store. This guy working on 8/20 at noon flat out refused. It's not my problem that you forgot to change your prices on the shelf. I will never go to Stratus Vape again. Over priced, not friendly and this guy was a tool. See ya. I'll spend my money at the other local vape shops who care about...
