Shame on the judge for not issuing a flood alert. Just because you don't know the severity of the flood doesn't mean not to issue an alert. If you would of then people would of atleast had a better chance to leave instead of all these people missing. You neglected you're duty and you're hand is on the death toll. Again just because you didn't think it was going to be bad doesn't mean you neglect to alert the people of the county that you are supposed to keep safe. Out of 4 answered calls every person didn't help me all said called wrong department cause I'm from Oregon didn't know numbers or anything about Texas courts one lady kept hanging up on me BUT ONE person named "Christine" by far helped me out so much every question I asked helped me out went out of way to google a number for me..so all the way from oregon i thank you...
