It's difficult to know where to begin in cataloguing the litany of damages my husband's heirloom Zuni wedding band suffered at the hands of this institution, because I'm still in tears over my experience.
I needed a simple band repair made (which, to Baublit's credit, was executed marvelously). However, the blatant gaslighting I experienced when I picked up the ring and voiced my concerns about damages made to the stone inlay and the generous use of glue to secure tacky, faux stones I did NOT ask to be used in the repair was absolutely shocking. At one point the gentleman I was attempting to calmly reason with snatched.the.ring.out.of.my.hands. and stormed to a back room to further mangle it. Worst experience I've ever had in ANY jewelry store.
