It's difficult to know where to begin in cataloguing the litany of damages my husband's heirloom Zuni wedding band suffered at the hands of this institution, because I'm still in tears over my experience.

I needed a simple band repair made (which, to Baublit's credit, was executed marvelously). However, the blatant gaslighting I experienced when I picked up the ring and voiced my concerns about damages made to the stone inlay and the generous use of glue to secure tacky, faux stones I did NOT ask to be used in the repair was absolutely shocking. At one point the gentleman I was attempting to calmly reason with snatched.the.ring.out.of.my.hands. and stormed to a back room to further mangle it. My fiance took my necklace that my aunt had given to me before she passed away to get repaired do to it having gotten broken. He quoted us $20 to which he happily paid, only to call me a month and a half later to tell me that I needed to pay yet another extra $40.
