Placed my order Nov 9th. It was shipped on the 12th. Not sure when it arrived as I was on vacation till the 19th. The shoe covers are too big. The package said they were one size fit. I thought I selected small, but I was looking at several different pairs. The soles are not vinyl which I was looking for. My last pair were not water proof and my bowling shoes got wet when I ran out to my car. So I can't complain CBB regarding the size and the design. I would like to exchange them if possible....

I called to ask a few questions. I was greeted with rude and unprofessional attitude. The first question I asked "Are you guys open now?" First the guy sounded very unprofessional and unpleasant to top it off he answered my question "Well I answered the phone", not cool bro. You just lost my business and I will be sure to let my friends and family know not to utilize your services. Its ok to have a bad day, but the customer should never have to be treated like you did me. I hope it gets...
