UPDATE: I have recieved an email from Chad the owner this evening. He states that he saw i had contacted them 10 days after shipment was recieved. He will be reissuing a new mini me and that I can keep the one with the pig nose. i again am looking forward to recieving the mini me statue and will be posting with an updated review of the new statue.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT WHEN THEY SEND DAMAGED GOODS!!! I was anticipating my piece. After weeks of waiting I finally received it. I was showing it off to my kids when they commented on my husband's nose. The tip is missing and they painted nostrils where the tip of his nose should be which indicates the tip was missing already. I contacted the store, admittedly later rather than sooner and "Kelly" requested a picture of the piece and the date purchased to be mailed to him and he would look into it. I did so and patiently waited for him to contact me back. After 30 days went by and he hadn't called I called him where upon he reversed his statement saying he would look into it and basically accused me of fraud, said there was nothing he could do. He said someone in my household must have dropped it. If so the nostrils would not be painted like a pigs nose. He said I shouldn't have waited to report it. He said they take pictures of the product before they ship it, I asked for the picture and he changed the subject. . Clearly they ship products that are not of the highest standard. They Say 2-3 weeks to get. Had to call after 1-1/2 month later just to be told by the owner to check my email for tracking. I checked no tracking nothing. I called back just to be told again to check my email again. I was getting furious at that point. Then they said they will check and call me back. 15min later I get a call back. “ we ran out of ink” ..thinking to myself ummm yea for 1-1/2 month.. nice excuse.. and then he proceeded and told me we will get it out to you in a week .. I received it within a week. It was missing some add on we ask for. And one of the feet broke … cheap I had to use super glue to Glue it back on.. I didn’t wanna call back as I had already knew how the owner will respond to me again. All I got was the figure and a black plaque that said key west. For $271 ?? Not worth it. Plus they weren’t nice to me when I called. Morale of this experience.. be kind to...

My boyfriend and I curiously walked into the shop and were impressed by the super unique idea for a keepsake/memory. We decided to order one, & honestly we were a bit worried about how it would turn out since we didn’t love our picture (not the most flattering Fun house mirror they have in there) but I just received it and am SOOOO pleasantly surprised at how it came out! There is only 1 word to describe it: AMAZING!!! I love it so much more then I expected. It captured us so well and we will DEFINITELY return for more, we just wish they had it everywhere!
