I received an amethyst light for a wedding gift from my dad. Got home to New Hampshire and suddenly realized I was missing a piece to make the light work. I just want to give a quick shout out to Kenny the manager, who is a class act sales professional. I am so grateful I got to work with him even though I had a missing piece. He went so above and beyond and stayed in regular contact with me to assure me that I was going to receive my missing piece. I then called him to ask him another question user error LOL and he walked me through it once again. If you want to feel like you’re buying from a trusted company and a crew that really cares about customer service and standing behind their products this is the store I would recommend. I can’t wait to go back to Key West and buy from this company again . I honestly felt like the several employees in this store were following me as if I (a disabled woman hunched over) was about to pull some kind of hist . I went to try on two beautiful dresses and before I could get the curtain closed a woman hurried over and held the curtain open insisting that she help me try these items on. I told her that I was fine and I felt like what requests she made to me felt inappropriate. Do I closed the curtain. I the took my top off and she began knocking and asked if I was sure about help. I felt as a black woman coming into this store that I was highly offended and then I realized that rascisum is definitely still a major factor in the world today. I love this store, but the customer service representatives are a little over the top. Maybe it is a millennial thing, where it’s perceived that customers want to be engaged and interactive, but I just want to go in by myself and look around without being bothered. Every single worker came up to me to try to talk to me, compliment me, point out items they thought I would like, asked me personal questions, and even offered to “accessorize my look”. I really just wanted to be left alone but it seems they didn’t catch on. I was actually interested in buying a thing or two but ended up leaving in a hurry because I felt mildly harassed. It was...
