Island Massage and Day Spa — Local services in Key West

It was the worst experience ever! I never do a reviews but this situation was terrible!! The most Unprofessional service i’ve ever had I did a laser hair removal, for legs brazilian and as she said “under arms is a gift” for 450$ ( and ever as she said the regular price was 750$) for 1 session!!!!!!!!! she said I need 10 procedures every 3-4 weeks ( but at least time between procedures should be 5-8 weeks) She was texting me all the time, reminding about procedures and asking if I would do a massage She had done my legs, brazilian and under arms in 15 minutes every time (but for that big area it should take at least 40 minutes) then after 3 procedures I found that I still have a lot of hair, even more than I did before, but after 3 times it should be at least 50% less .. even in my hairy type of body. I texted her and asked next session for free, and thought she was okay with that, but after the 4th procedure she told me to pay 450$ again .. I did not pay, and left, and she was texting me couple weeks after that ( i’m from Ukraine) “.. also you are illegally working in the country (no green card) so all the criminal can lead you to deportation from the country” she find me doing criminal,not her!! Every time she asked me to pay cash, and I never got a receipt Now I did laser with other service in Miami, for 150$ for all mine areas, and even after 2 procedures I saw a huge difference and a hundred times more professional service ( they told me to do laser every 8 weeks, not every 2-4) DONT GO TO ISLAND MASSAGE!! they just want to make money from you and didn’t give any service and results !! and didn’t...

Had the worst experience ever! Went there a while ago for a laser hair removal. Lady who was doing the job wasnt communicating to me really good. All she said I will not have hair growing after Im done with the sessions. All I need to do was about 10 sessions. 1 session - $70 (1 time a week). Hands down the best massage of my life!

I have been using massage for over 15 years to deal with and tear from athletics and side effects from a surgery I needed, but left me with nagging issues. This was the best!

Amy was able to size up decades of trouble within 1 min (literally) of starting with me, and even knowing a couple things no one notices without me telling them. She even noticed one thing before we started just by looking at me. It was like she was inside my head. Before I could tell her what I needed, she ready was doing it. Never had a massage therapist so intuitive and effective. There was not a thing she missed, and she even found stuff I didn't realize I had!

I need deep pressure on my issues. She used her feet, arms, and hands and got into every trouble spot. It is really hard to find a massage therapist who uses the feet technique in her practice, and she mastered it!

As an amateur athlete, she is exactly what I need!

I could not give higher praise for Amy's massage, and she has a pleasant and fun personality as well! You will NOT be disappointed!

My only regret is that she doesn't live where I am from, so I can't put her on retainer as my personal massage...
