Keys Coffee Co. is a MUST for anyone visiting Key West. To start, the staff is so friendly and welcoming which is huge for me because I haven’t experienced much kindness from the people in Key West this time around. We tried out Keys Coffee on a Tuesday morning and ended up going back on Wednesday morning because of how great it was! Our first time we ordered iced hazelnut & vanilla oat milk lattes, they were perfectly blended and not too sweet which is just the way we like it. For food, I got the Sunrise Tacos, they were INCREDIBLE. My boyfriend got the Avocado Toast which was one of the best we’ve ever had. Second time around we got the same lattes. For breakfast I ordered the Philly (photo attached). It was avocado, tomato, cucumber, sprouts & scallion cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel….. i mean c’mon, what could be better than that?! My boyfriend got the Avocado Toast again because it was THAT good & because his motto is “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” #facts — Please do yourself a favor and go here every single morning on your trip to Key West. We can’t be friends if you don’t…. Thanks Keys Coffee for making our trip extra delicious, we can’t wait to be back… again & again...
Read moreThe go to place in Key West for the best, freshest, most yummy breakfast. I wish I could have their OJ dumped into a kiddie pool so I could swim in it and drink it until I was throwing up sick. That’s how delicious it is. This place is in an unassuming little space not to far from the cemetery (which I love to visit on all my Key West adventures, not to be missed) but once you’ve been here you won’t forget their location. The inside is small so if you’re with a large party you might want to plan on getting a to go, or sitting separate. You won’t care where you’re sitting or who you’re sitting with once you start eating. I’ve had several of the breakfast sandwiches. Each one I have I swear it’s my very favorite then I try another and that one becomes my very favorite. So many delicious things to eat so little time. I’m slowly working my way through the menu and so far everything has been unbelievably good. It’s rare to say this about a place. Service is above par. Very friendly staff. Not...
Read moreNice cozy coffee shop with great sandwiches. My wife and I started with some cold brew coffee. Then I had the “Napoli” with smoked ham, pancetta, prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella, pesto & balsamic glaze on a toasted Cuban bread (Pic #2). My wife had the “Key Lime BLT” with organic arugula, tomato, red onion, avocado, bacon, and a special kickin’ key lime mayo on a multigrain bread. For a small coffee shop with couple of employees, the food and service was excellent.
Only one downside, this could be because of my taste buds. On my sandwich, I believe the pesto had little too much salt. However, I will not fault the chef for it. For my wife’s sandwich, the flavor was excellent and the key lime mayo add just the right amount of flavor. If you are visiting Key West and want some good coffee and great sandwiches, then you should check...
