The lady that helped me was very nice! They had a great after Christmas sale! I have never gotten Keepsake ornaments 50% off. All of the clearance items are clearly marked. This store is inside the mall so it is convenient. I don’t always have good shopping experiences in Killeen but this one was good.

Heads Up Holiday Shoppers!!! Even though Trudy's Hallmark is a retail chain, if you buy a gift for a loved one in a Trudy's Hallmark store, and for some reason they need to return it, this store tells me that since they don't carry it in their store, it cannot be returned!

Today, I came with a receipt from Trudy's Hallmark in Plano, Texas, that I purchased yesterday, and they would not take my return.

At a time when we are struggling with our dollars, this is money wasted, and a consumer who left disappointed with the brick and Mortar...

Terrible experience. I could honestly feel the judgement and negativity radiating off of the employees. It was almost like I was being rushed to check out and just felt like I was being spied on. The big woman that i assume was the manager in particular was being very sassy and smart with me and I did not appreciate it. Do not come to this mall and more specifically this store!! So...

1st OFF been 1 of my FAVORITE places to shop for 16 years !!! Well for the past 13 mos. The 2 NEW managers have been Awesome at helping me wit getting a Jim Shore piece I've wanted ...1st couple of times it came damaged or broken... or lost in Transit. Then Covid... But I FINALLY Acquired it Yesterday and it's on my shelf. So Thank Yall ... yall...
