Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kingman

First of all pictures doesn't deserve a place on this post. Now on with my order... There was a storm coming in a really bad one and I decided to order online and pick up through the drive thru because I didn't want to get out in the rain. It told me to tell them my name when I got to the drive thru. I did just as it told me to and when I got to the drive thru I told them my name and they told me I had to come in to pick up my order I said I ordered it, and put pick up in the drive thru. And they proceeded to tell me I had to come in. I said you can't just give it to me through the window? They said no. That I had to come in. So when I got to the window I asked AGAIN if they could give it to me through the window. All the while my phone says go through the drive thru and pick up my order. They got sassy with me again and said wait a minute... So they gave it to me in no bag for us to carry it in no drink holder for our drinks. And bad attitude all the way around. I had to ask for a bag to put it in so we could run it to our door as it's pouring down. Me and my fiance got home and opened our order and they had none of it right. And it was cold. I ate only a small portion of it. My fiance ordered a crunch wrap and it was soggy. My nacho fries was stone cold. I had sour cream on my fiesta potatoes and it makes me physically sick having sour cream. No utensils to eat our potatoes that was cold and messed up. No napkins and no hot sauce. The only thing that was good was the drinks. These kids that work the drive thru have no work ethics whatsoever. Their attitudes were horrible and no respect at all. I am saddened that these kids are just in it for a paycheck. Doesn't care about customer service one but. Will NOT be...

I give it 5 stars only because I gave a bad review of motel6 and I'm banned from the joint. Not allowed back. They have a nationwide ban on me. If I was on the road all day and pulled off the road and they were the only motel...I'm sleeping in my back seat. I could be one of two people who survived Armageddon and if the other worked the desk at a motel 6...shit outta luck. Verboten. I'm not bitter about it, but I don't list it on my resume as an accomplishment. There's homeless people, who've lead a life of pure debauchery and if the stumbled upon a windfall of cash...they can stay at a motel6. Though I'm thinking (going on my experience) they're already employed @ the Kingman motel and therein lies my problem with the joint. If I want a snotty asshole that burns from too much hot sauce...taco bell is where I end up. Every time and Arby's is right across the street. Oh, I guess I could pop into the bell and fist some hot sauce and meander my way across the street to Arby's, but I'm not a busy guy, but I won't "shop around" for the perfect burning fireball of meated napalm. Not with motel 6 across from taco bell and up the street from Arby's. Tom Bodet has his name on the line and I'm thinking if his 6 gig up and took a shit...the irony of it would leave him booger eating mad. No sir! I enjoy life too much, to go out ass up (cherry red) with roast beef (their words) shrapnel on the sidewalk out in front of motel 6. Of course, it'd be nicer than staying in one of their rooms.

Where am I? Oh, yea..kudos to taco bell and the fine crew they employ. Your service doesn't go un-noticed. Plumbers owe their slow season to you, so...

So usually I report stuff butt enough from this crew at Taco Bell I am a customer at this particular Taco Bell and I'm also a doordash driver whatever reason the last three times I stopped in there on my way home and grabbed the $7 box which includes a chalupa which is mainly why I get the box they all three times the chalupa has been harder than a rock now why I'm even letting you know this is what just happened at this store 10 minutes ago I pulled in there to pick up an order and it was 12:30 they told me doordash drivers have to come in and get the orders I have no problem coming in and getting the order they keep changing the times at the store first its 10:00 and 11:00 then midnight has been midnight for like a month 12:30 and all I did was make the comment that they need to make up their mind and keep the time set at a certain time I have no problem coming in to get the food the one I come in they're yelling in the back for me to get out of the damn store I grabbed the doordash order and left I've never had a problem at this store until now not to mention the last time I picked up an order for me on my way home some kid in the back was cussing up a storm on the same shift I don't know if management knows all this so here's your information do what you will with it I just know I will be going to the other Taco Bell when I want food on the...
