Jax Nutrition 3 — Local services in Kingsland

This is a review just as much for 1st Phorm as it is fo Jax Nutrition. Last week I went into Jax Nutrition to maybe get some EAAs. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and informative. I ended up buying 1st Phorm Berry Blast EAAs. Now I'm not a fan of sucrolose but all the EAAs there had it so I didn't have much choice. The next day I tried the berry blast and OMG was it sweet! To the point of being sickly sweet. I thought maybe I just had to get used to it, so I finished it up. The next day I still had the sickly sweet taste in my mouth even after brushing my teeth. But I mixed up some more and went to work out. Still just as sweet. I really couldn't take it. I checked online for Jax Nutrition return policy and couldn't really find anything definitive. I did feel that I needed to let 1st phorm know what I thought of berry blast so I emailed their customer service. To my surprise they wrote back right away and said if I was unhappy with the product I should take it back to Jax Nutrition who was a "trusted partner" for an exchange. So the next day I did just that. The gentleman who was there when I bought it remembered me but said that their policy is not to accept returns unless the product is defective. This wasn't defective I just didn't like it. I showed them the email from 1st Phorm and he said he would call his boss to find out what to do. He told his boss about my email and me wanting to exchange the product. His boss told him that he would contact their 1st Phorm rep to make sure that they would be compensated for the returned product and then someone would contact me. They wrote down my name and phone number on a post note and stuck it on the register saying, "someone will call you".

No one called me. I emailed 1st Phorm to fill them in and they said, "no problem, what flavor would you like to trade it in for?". So I picked a different flavor and they processed an order for no charge and free shipping. They also included a return envelope to ship back my unused product at no cost to me. I found out that 1st Phorm offers 110% guarantee on anything you buy from them and their online price was even cheaper than Jax Nutrition's in-store price. I'm not really unhappy that Jax Nutrition wouldn't take the product back, but I am disappointed that they didn't follow through and at least call me back like...

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm loving the Intek protein evolution protein powder I bought at Jax Nutrition Kingsland. Every flavor I liked except the chocolate (to me tasted like chocolate coconut so you may like it if you like that sort of thing). My favorite flavor is cookies and cream but orange creamsicle is a close second. The kids and I like strawberry banana to add to our strawberry banana smoothie. They are all sweetened with stevia, which won't spike your blood sugar like many other sweeteners. The awesome part is they will give you a free sample so you can try the flavor before you buy. Another awesome product I have to mention is motiv8 Burn. It keeps me going and curbs my appetite. Anyone that knows me knows I love to eat. I have intense cravings most days but with this product I was not hungry until the evening, a few hours after I stopped drinking it.
