I want to share with you an experience that I have had. This is the third time I have gone to the shop for a haircut.If the boss of this shop is reading this please there are some things you need to teach one of your staff firstly respect and service he doesn't have these two The staff does not know how to treat a customer, know what the customer's needs are and how to behave.There are so many other good shops in kirkland and why I go to the shop three times again and again I don't know every time I go I notice every single thing still there is no change so if you the boss is watching it is a very necessary factor to teach him behavior first.I will never go to this shop again for a haircut and all customers reading this take this as a request to not promote people...
Read moreI love working with Nancy at Savvy Salon!! I have long and wavy- curly hair that can be styled multiple ways- and I’m so thankful for her. Every time I’ve gone in she suggests the perfect amount to cut, does layering WELL, & also has done great deep conditions and styles for me after the cut! My confidence is always up afterwards. She is also very flexible to make appointments, and nice to chat with during my appointments.
The other awesome thing- she does amazing on men’s hair! My husband and I both go see Nancy, and he won’t go anywhere else now that he found her. His haircut is always done well, styled & clean. Thanks for the great service for us...
Read moreI had been wanting to get my hair cut for a while, I was tired of my hair and needed a major change. I checked with several other places and they charged exorbitant prices. Savvy salon actually seemed reasonable. I showed Nancy some pictures and she went to work, spent about 3 hours there. She was a pleasure to converse with, although she could be hard to understand sometimes because of a heavy accent. Regardless, she made my hair look awesome! She's super good, super skilled!
