Fortunato Chocolate — Local services in Kirkland

A friend and I accidentally stumbled upon Fortunato’s Kirkland location (which is apparently newly opened), and it was a delightful find. The owners were enthusiastic about showing us around (and even offered samples). We bought a few treats from the case and two packaged treats for later. All were delicious. I am pretty sure their dark chocolate truffle is something I’ll be dreaming about for quite a while. I’m still regretting (days later) not buying more for taking home. We will definitely visit (and stock-up) the next time we’re in the area.

Pro-Tip: It looks like most negative reviews are from people who purchased online, so I’d suggest visiting one of their storefronts if you can. Our treats...

I live Spartanburg, South Carolina, really! I came upon Fortunato on Facebook, I think. I was taken by the story of the company and tried a couple of the items offered, the Mint chocolate and the pecan turtles. What a delight! I have not stopped ordering since, except for the summer months. they don't offer cold shipment yet. Every order we check the new offerings, haven't found a loser yet. Try them, you'll never go back to...

This place is amazing, walked in one afternoon, was kindly offered samples for my daughter and I right away. Ended up purchasing the turtles and the caramel pretzels with dark milk chocolate. Turtles were so delicious but holy moly those pretzels. So good! I'm trying to find out if they can ship these to my house. My husband who is not a sweets guy, said this is some of the best chocolate he's had....
