Buying an engagement ring with my fiancée at Shirzad was a fantastic process. We'd been to a few other stores to look at their options and always felt pressed into a sales negotiation, where they were trying to just make the sale as quickly as possible and constantly looking to upsell - larger stones, "natural" diamonds, ring designs, everything. At Shirzad, it was much more of a dialogue, and we never felt pressured to settle for a preexisting model or purchase a less-than-stellar product. Hamed asked us about what we were looking for, and showed us designs that matched the details we were fairly set on, as well as presented us with a plethora of options for the things we had less of a concrete idea about so that we could narrow down our decision.

He had a massive catalogue of rings he could make that we were able to look through, and he was able to supplement those images by pulling similar rings he had physically onsite to let us inspect in person to see if we liked them more in theory or practice. His experience in designing and crafting was pivotal in helping us past some of our misgivings about theoretical designs we liked but which had practical flaws, and neatly providing a solution that sidestepped the issues but maintained the design we enjoyed.

When we did settle on a unique design and stone, he was able to create a CAD file that gave us a perfect image of what we would be receiving, and allowed us to alter anything that we thought needed to be changed (though it ended up perfect on the first try thanks to all the back-and-forth when designing it). He also gave plenty of opportunities to select stones, presenting a number of options and even having some cut specifically for us when we found one in a style they didn't have readily available. With regular check-ins and updates as the ring went from CAD model, to wax cast, to rough cast, to complete, we always felt like we could update the design if something wasn't matching our taste.

What we ended up with was a unique ring made perfectly as we envisioned it, crafted at a very reasonable price especially for a custom, fairly complex design. Their quality assurance and promise of lifetime cleaning and repair makes them absolutely top tier, and even if you end up losing the ring they retain the CAD design so they can make a perfect copy for you. What really stands out with Shrizad Fine Jewelry is the passion the owner Hamed has in his business and his personal relationship he provides for extra comfort threw the process of creating a masterpiece wedding Ring and how detailed he was with every step of the way. I originally was going to buy online but clueless of what I was getting myself into but knowing exactly what I wanted my ring to look like I needed more of a visual in person so I decided to reach out to all the local jewelers in the Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue area and not one of the jewelers could offer the in house custom work I was seeking to create what turned out to be the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen, thanks to Hamed owner of Shrizad Fine Jewelry. The outstanding excellent service and experience was top notch at delivery day I actually had to leave town a day early and Hamed actually drove my ring late at night to meet me all the way up in Marysville because I was concerned about not having my ring the morning of 4th of July when I was planning on proposing to my soon to be wife, he reassured me ever step of the way at all time not to worry I’ll have my ring and kept his promise to me.
