This was my first time at Flawless Beauty Bar. The space is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Colleen welcomed me in and showed me around the salon. She walked me back to her work space and explained the microdermabrasion process. She explained what I might feel and experience and made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered before starting the service.

Throughout the treatment Colleen explained what she was doing and chatted with me which made the time fly by. The treatment was much less painful than I expected and felt less like a bunch of needles and more like a cat tongue licking you as she had described. At the end of the treatment she applied at serum that was tingly and oddly satisfying. She explained aftercare and answered my questions about next steps.

A couple months ago I got a classic set of lashes at the Kirkland location with Amy and after a few days my lashes started falling out. I wasn't sure what caused them to fall out, but I later found out that it was the makeup remover that I was using which was the Neutrogena Oil-Free brand. It was definitely not oil-free as it caused all of the lashes to fall out within 2 weeks. This was a trial and I was pretty upset as my fill appointment was scheduled a few days before my wedding day and I knew that a fill would not be enough to cover the gaps in my lashes, so I emailed the manager and she was very gracious and rescheduled my appointment to a different day, offered to only charge for a fill even though I was getting a brand new set, and when I had my appointment, the girl didn't charge me at all and even gave me a little bit of eye makeup remover to last me about 2 weeks so my lashes would last through my honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this salon - everyone I've worked with so far...

Looooove seeing Niki!!! I haven’t had lashes in like 10 years and my brother is getting married so wanted to do a little glam up.. — these are exactly what I asked for and look AMAZING!! such a great process very relaxing and they play great music. She’s very calm and professional Which makes it a soothing experience definitely feels like real pamper time!

I also had her do a spray tan. I don’t know what I’ll look like yet, but the process was awesome! Highly highly recommend now that we’re coming into some warmer season soon. Anyone that wants to look a little bit more glow without getting a sun bite definitely come have Niki. Give you a spray!!! She’s very detailed and ensuring that it’s even and has great attention to detail - I’ll definitely be back!
