Terrible service from Dave, the manager. He talked down to me and at least one other customer in the store as though we were idiots for not knowing where something would be in the office supplies store. Newsflash buddy: Youâre the only one thatâs stuck there everyday. The rest of us have better things to do than know exactly where you keep the index cards.
I ended up not purchasing the printer I was intending on buying from this store because of this rude manager (I didnât ask him where those were because they are right in the front of the store) and donât plan on ever returning.    Read moreSecond time this month Iâve experienced poor customer service at Office Depot. Lost my wallet, and tried calling to find out if it was left there. Such rude people! First I spoke with a young man who REFUSED to give me his name. Who does that??? He didnât want to allow me to speak with his supervisor, so I had to insist. Then while on hold for Carla, he disconnects the call. When I call back, he picks up without a greeting, and immediately places me on hold. When Carla came to the phone, she was rude as well! Corporate needs to look into sponsoring company wide customer service training. Respect and professionalism are CLEARLY not a fundamental part of their company policies.    Read moreI went to this location about a week ago and I was very pleased with the customer service! Katherine, (I only glanced at her nametag so I'm not certain that was her name) was incredibly helpful and printed my return address labels quickly! I didn't even have a design and she created one for me right there on the spot! Absolutely incredible customer service. Also, while I was waiting another customer came up to the counter and spoke very rudely to her while she was helping me, and she handled it very professionally. It's such a shame that a great employee has to deal with such rude and entitled customers while also being extremely helpful and doing all that they can.
