This place is BEYOND nasty. It is beyond me, how does Health Department allows this store + "restaurant " stay in business.

All doors at Cairo Market have turned black from dirty fingerprints, "restaurant" seems to serve as storage for paintings and furniture that has been put out off use. Behind the front counter there are huge piles of stuff the clerks have for their personal use.
Nextdoor Mekka wasn't much better either as far as cleanliness.
