I usually don’t take time out of my day to leave reviews unless it’s truly needed and in this case it’s needed just for the employees to have a bit more self awareness. One of the employees there I wish I would’ve remembered the name on her name tag but I’m sure she’s a manager there tad bit short with glasses, twice I’ve been to this location she looked absolutely miserable and had a bad attitude even with the employees. An employee there who was clearly new she spoke to him in a tone that was unnecessary because she was not being loud enough so she clearly was upset she had to repeat herself to him, she even spoke low to me so I had a hard time hearing her too but I’m glad she didn’t have to repeat herself in an awful tone back to me the way she did to her employee. I always say it doesn’t cost you anything to be calm, kind and more aware especially when you’re working in service. Food service industry isn’t for everyone however if are in a manager role it’s even more imperative that you give proper and more professional attitude because you are leading by example. Negativity trickles down to employees and creates an unwelcoming environment in return and very hostile environment, furthermore it even creates such a negative experience for me and others as the customers having to witness a toxic work environment starting from the top. Let’s all try to leave the world better...
Read moreOften eat at chipotle, and very often is a pleasant experience with enthusiastic employees, and delicious, healthy food. However my specific location, multiple times in a row, was very unpleasant. On two occasions I had dined in, and both of them were very unpleasant. The first time, the one preparing my meal was quite rude and very bleak, not looking at me once, communicating, and lazily throwing together the burrito as if I had not paid $20 for the mess he was creating. What came out was a burrito that immediately fell apart, and required a bowl and a fork to eat. The employee did not return my “have a wonderful day”, opting only to immediately walk away. I felt quite unwelcome, and felt that the employee wanted me to leave as fast as possible, because closing was in three hours.
My third time, I had doordashed a meal, and I asked for steak, and fajita veggies, along with a mix of other ingredients. 4/5 times I would bite, it would be completely fajita veggies, and the other 1/5 times, I would get a bit of steak with the veggies.
As much as I love chipotle, and their very often amazing workers and healthy food, these recent interactions have quite tainted my view, and somewhat ruined my taste for it. I do not mind if you do not take pride in your job, but please do not ruin the money that I spend...
Read moreGood food, pleasant staff, busy restaurant. This site is located just northwest of the intersection of Kissimmee Vineland Road and W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (also known as US 192). It is located along the northwest side of the street. Traffic along the main street can make this a little challenging to visit. There is parking all the way around the building. The site has a sign that requires all people to wear masks inside the restaurant. We pre-ordered but decided to eat inside. As with many Chipotle, it was very busy and had a line of people waiting to order. It took longer than scheduled for the food to be prepared but it was correct. There is seating both inside and outside. For regular ordering, you place your order at the counter and follow your order down the line while it is being completed. You pay at the end of the counter where your order is complete. While we were there, I did not see any tables cleaned or floors swept or any staff available to accomplish these tasks due to the volume of customers. Overall, it was good food and pleasant staff. If you like Chipotle, then this is a good...
