Via Capri Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

As a restaurant owner myself I hate to write a review, but its a family tradition to order pizza on our first night at a hotel wherever we travel to. The pizza place we had planned to order from was closed for the 4th of July so we started searching for another option. After seeing good reviews and the pictures of the pies, we ordered. Our total was around 80 something dollars for 2 pies, cheese bread and a order of wings. When our food arrived we hurried to our hotel room and popped open the boxes and got set up to enjoy TV, pizza and of course the fact we are finally on vacation. Unfortunately we ate 3 slices of pizza a few wings, and a couple pieces of cheese bread. Sadly disappointed. Onions, peppers weren't even cooked on the pizzas. No ranch or blue cheese with the wings, but its pizza.... why I couldn't get a slice out of the box without all the toppings falling off the pizza !!?? The pizza wasn't sliced all the way through so you had to tear it. While trying to get a sliced picked up all you saw was your toppings fall right off. There was no cheese put on top of this pizza at all which most places sprinkle a little bit to melt and help hold down the toppings. Not this pizza. The topping were falling everywhere and sadly it looks like the weren't baked on the pizza at all, more like maybe thrown on top of the pizza. I originally gave this place five stars because it was literally the best pizza I had in my life. But then after trying to show friends and family, every time they looked at me like I was crazy, and it's because they were left disappointed. Ever since I made my original review, every single time I've been in there, the pizza has been extremely subpar. It's comparable now to Little Caesars, but for four times the price. I have no idea what changed, but I wish it didn't. I went in there for one last chance tonight and was left extremely unsatisfied. I even spoke to the lady who took our order and had her explain to the kitchen about the last couple experiences and she said they were on it, but they completely dropped the ball. I will not be returning here, they do not make pizza like it shows in those Google photos or how I personally experienced before , where it's super cheesy and perfect any longer. I posted the first photos when I made my five star review, and I updated with the second photos of what I received even after asking for extra cheese and everything. We pulled in expecting to go to the gyro place next door, but on a whim decided to go for pizza. The owner was friendly and greeted us immediately upon entering, he was all smiles and super enthusiastic to share his dishes. We were offered a decent deal on pizza and wings and promised a 10 minute turnaround. The owner delivered on time and we drove off, pizza and wings in tow. We made it about 6 miles before the smell finally got to us and decided to open the box. I was a little mad. The pizza looked a bit smaller than we expected but the owner did say a 10 inch pie. We dug in anyway. At this point I became a little more angered, I was mad that I bought such a small portion of something so delicious, and now had to face the mental dilemma of whether or not to go back and get another pizza. This was by far the cleanest, freshest hand made pie we have ever had. Just the right amount of grease, pepperoni cooked to perfection, fresh REAL mozzarella, and actual non canned, whole, sliced olives. We never expected food of this quality.
