Five Below — Local services in Kissimmee

This store’s Manager is THE BEST! My wife and I were in Orlando for our daughters Cheer competition and decided to stop by this store to do some Christmas shopping on our down time. This Store was very clean and well stocked. The lights were bright and the staff was welcoming. The manager Curtis was there and he was working on stocking and pricing ( I saw the price gun thingy). I spoke to the Manager briefly and he was very polite and helpful. We decided to go back the next day for a few more items and Curtis was again there. Since he was so polite the first time, I again approached him and told him how nice his store and staff were. He told me a little about himself and said he also worked another job. I’d highly recommend shopping this Five Below store and saying hello to Curtis.

Absolutely horrible. On a road trip and all the signs plus the door says they open at 10. We waited outside and at 10 I knocked for them to less us in. They did, with 2 other customers walking in shortly after. Then a guy comes and says “Were closed, it’s Sunday. We open at 11”. The employee then said it says 10 outside and we have a new sign on International drive that says 10. So he said ok. Out comes another guy saying “we’re closed! We’re closed!” Then proceeds to tell us they’re closed and the other shoppers, basically kicking us out. The other shopper said your website says 10 and we said Google says 10, outside says 10... you guys need to change your advertisements. I love 5 Below but this experience was rude and a turn off. Cute and clean location. They are open right now with limited capacity and they are carefully monitoring it and keeping people outside to meet their numbers - which is nice.

They have a bunch of cute tchotchke like items, and it's interesting to walk around in here and see what they have; they have a bunch of cute t-shirts and some neat work out stuff. I usually get some kid things for our little like coloring books, outdoor chalk and such.

Check out had marked lines for distancing and it was easy to get through.
