yo compre un overall en esta tienda el 8/17/16...a pesar que me gustaba me quedo un poco apretado y decidi regresarlo el 8/27/16. El recibo no lo encontre pero tenia el statement de mi cuenta de banco con el cual lo compre. la empleada de la tienda que fue la misma que me atendio cuando lo compre...me dijo que no se devolvia dinero solo se daba credito....pues me puse a buscar a ver si encontraba algo a cambio de la mercancia. A los 10 min la empleada me viene con la excusa que el overall tenia olor a cigarro....me dijo que hasta lo oliera ...yo ni fumo ni nada...y el overrall tenia todos los tickets habidos y por haber....pues yo no lo habia usado para nada....no le recomiendo este lugar para nada.....malisimo servicio y recuerde no compre nada si despues decide devolverlo.....no se lo van a devolver ni el dinero ...ni credito....le obligan a quedarse con la mercancia...mejor vaya a ross o marshall....o cualquier otra tienda que le permitan devolver su mercancia ..... this is a copy and paste of a costumer who had a similar complain for this store....the always have the same kind of way of deal with costumer....be ware of this place...this is a example of a complain from this store 05/19/2014 Problems with Product / Service | Read Complaint Details X Complaint I purchased a pair of jeans at D'Rachel's Boutique in Kissimmee, Florida. I pid $40.00 for the jeans. I tried them on in the store and they seemed to fit nice. The following night I decided to put them on. The jeans came with a belt that I really didn't care for. I took the belt off and realized that it was a hole in the jeans. The belt was hiding the hole. The following day I took the jeans back to D'Rachel's Boutique to have it exchanged. The tags were still on the jeans I never wore them. I explained to the owner that I noticed a hole in the jeans after taking the belt off. The owner said I put the hole in the jeans by stretching it out when I tried it on. I then said well if that is the case you should'nt be selling cheap merchandise to customers for that much. I am a unsatisfied customer that will Never shop in that boutique again. Customers should be treated better.I am really shocked that a owner of a business will treat customers like that. Tasteless. I went shopping here with my mom to look at their bathing suits. there was a young spanish woman helping us and she was very nice. however when we got to the counter, the cashiers tried to make us wait a long amount of time so they can serve their own kind. the young spanish woman tried to tell the other cashier to check us out but she said no she will take the spanish woman first. they were all taking their sweet time and talking as if no one else was in the room. i asked the woman from the fitting room if she can “please hurry” because i was in a rush. the old spanish woman proceeds to say “she has to wait” in spanish. moral of the story, i did not buy the items i picked. it was not worth the...
