I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at one of your Starbucks locations today, which was unfortunately my first and likely last visit there. As someone who visits various Starbucks locations across Central Florida, I have always enjoyed starting my day with two tall drinks that I mix together to create my perfect coffee. However, the customer service I encountered at this particular store left me quite disheartened and concerned about the consistency of service across your brand.
On this occasion, I simply requested a venti cup of ice so that I could combine my two tall drinks. To my surprise, this request was denied. I initially thought there might have been a misunderstanding or that the barista was new. However, after asking three different associates, all of whom refused my request, I was told that I could only receive a venti cup if I purchased a venti drink, even if I offered to pay for just the cup and ice. Shockingly this is the only Starbucks that I have visited that refused to give me a venti cup ever!
This rigid response was not only surprising but also disappointing, as it contradicts the accommodating and customer-focused service I have come to expect from Starbucks. I hope this can be addressed and that future experiences at this location can better reflect the high standards of customer service that Starbucks is known for.

Read moreI'm rarely one to complain I usually take whatever I'm given even if its wrong but I'm just a little sad is all :( woke up extra early just to have a nice coffee treat in the morning before work so i didnt have time to stop and ask for a remake, which id feel bad about asking for anyways. i used to work at starbucks so i understand the annoyance when someone just orders shots in a large cup with just some flavor and a splash of milk i get it, but this is genuinely the way i used to make it for myself working here and is how i enjoy it. From the way they handed it to me they just poured the shots onto the sauce, then immediately filled the cup with ice then added the cream since it was completely separated like no mixing at all. which is typically fine i can mix the cream in i know its busy, but i also know the sauce i picked is very thick and hard to dissolve. if they had just stirred the bit of hot espresso in the cup with the caramel it couldve been mixed but instead they let it sit solid on the bottom so i couldnt mix it into the drink, and they didnt even add the cinnamon which is typically my favorite part :( syrup part wouldnt have even mattered as long as i had my cinnamon, im not mad just really sad i was so happy to have some extra money to treat myself today. hopefully it was just a mistake but im feeling very sad about it so decided to leave a review. lady at the window was very nice even though she seemed busy she still took time to be kind so i really appreciate...

I was leaving the radiation drs office and stopped here for my treat, to reward myself for getting through these difficult medical issues I have, and to finally eat.. I had to fast for 8 hrs prior to my Dr appt. As I entered no one greeted me, smiled at me, or even state “I’ll be right there” as they saw me standing at the counter. The lady who took my order was quick and nice but you could tell was in a bad mood by her face. Once again no smiles. Btw I’m smiling the whole time. Then when I went to pick up my large order, there was an extra coffee with it and I kindly (while still smiling per usual, it’s who I am) then informed the lady wearing a pink sweatshirt who had been working in drive thru, that this wasn’t my coffee and I didn’t want someone to not get theirs bc of a mistake, as she was standing in front of me. She rolled her eyes at me and said “well then it’s obviously for someone else then!” With a very sarcastic and rude tone and facial expressions. I was appalled, first off what an obvious fact to point out. Then I look up and the rest of the ladies are just standing behind the espresso machines smirking at and me. I felt so unwelcome and I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment. Honestly the atmosphere of this Starbucks and the level of customer service i received, is what I would expect at a gas station with a Dunkin Donuts inside....
