If i could give this store zero stars I would, Iāve walked in this store on numerous occasions never greeted but if someone comes in after me they are greeted, the last time i stood at the register for the over 5 mins it took another woman to come stand behind me for me to get help. I then sat my items down. Today I walk up there is a sign that clearly says $6 NOTHING ELSE!
I then proceeded to grab 2 of them and head in still not greeted a then as i shop Iām being looked at from head to toe as if there is a problem. Iām in dire need of a skirt so I decide to be in an out to not even have time to get irritated.
Get to the register the 6$ skirts ring up for $12 The tag on one stated 12$ and the other stated 4$ I ask for the manager she then tells me that the tag they put on their clothes are wrong. Then decided to state itās just $12 as if she was going to pull out her debit card an pay for it. The policy is 14days (which I wasnāt aware of) and it had been 16 days. I had the tags on and receipt. Personally with the management experience I have, I know all stores can make exceptions to make sure a loyal customer leaves happy, however, this was not the case today. Iām very disappointed, because I had no way of getting to the store until today. Also, on the day I bought the dress, I didnāt try it on since I was running short on time, and asked the lady that rang me up if I could return/exchange if I didnāt like it, and she said āof courseā, but did not tell me that it had to be within 14 days, no exceptions. One advice to upper management/owner! Let your store managers have more control over doing some exceptions to satisfy customers.
