I went into the Ben & Jerry’s at The Loop Mall on a rainy day. Although my sneakers were new, they were wet from the rain, but I had already been inside the cinema and Planet Smoothie without any problem. However, when I entered Ben & Jerry’s, the floor was extremely slippery — so much that my 6-year-old son complained he could barely walk and felt like he was going to fall, which he nearly did. I told him to be careful and informed the two staff members who were sitting down:
“Look, you should check this floor because it’s very slippery. It seems like it was cleaned with soap but not properly rinsed. It doesn’t look slippery just because of the rain; it feels like oil or soap — it’s dangerous. If someone slips, the store will be responsible. Please pay attention to this!”
One of them murmured something quietly in Spanish, so I repeated the same thing in Spanish. The other one replied, “It’s your sneakers! Are you ready to order?” I looked at her and said, “Don’t you understand the risk here? This could come back on the store and the brand!” And she answered, “Are you ordering or not?”
I thanked them and left. I am writing this review so that the company knows what happened and can respond. I found the customer service rude and disrespectful. I was extremely polite and respectful the whole time but was ignored. I hope they improve the service and safety at...
Read moreI am a grubhub worker, on Tuesday May 21 i received an order from here and when i got there the 2 workers were on their phones I told one of them the girl, she is light skin and has brown hair and braces that i had an order and she proceeds to tell me that they weren't accepting orders and I said to her that I could tell her what the order was or show her what it was and she said that the tablet didn't have an order but the tablet was off so she then said you see i don't have anything and I told her if she turned it on maybe it was there she turned it on and the order was there so it was like she didn't want to work then after she was saying that they didn't have the ingredients for the order i don't think that's a good attitude for a worker you keep an eye on them or have...

She proceeded to serve me when she was handing me the large cup i said. Can i have a lid then she rolled her eyes as if i was wrong for asking . So i laughed and asked her am i annoying you and she said yes. I said how come and she didn’t answer. I’m someone that’s not gon to react in person cause maybe she having a hard day. But i literally walked to my car processing what i had done to annoying her when the only interaction and words we had was what i stated above.
