Will never be back. We went as a group of ten. Two of us were to sleep in one room. After a long day of going to the airport and getting settled, I went to go to bed and there were ants EVERYWHERE, crawling all over the bed. Little red ants. Disgusting. That was on a Saturday. They did not bring new sheets and towels until MONDAY as it was out of their business hours. They wouldn’t even pick up the phone on the weekend. Because we had called and emailed they sent a pest control guy to the property Sunday morning who basically said this was a common occurrence. They didn’t call us back at this point, nor asked us if it was okay for him to come in. We had no idea he was coming which we found very odd ( they sent an email that we didn’t see). As we came from out of the country, it’s a little unnerving to have people drop in and out of the place you are staying with all of your belongings, without a word being said. Sunday night when we returned home, low a behold, the sheets were not changed and there were still ants in that room. Myself and the other girl slept on the couch all week, having no privacy and being woken up by anyone in need of the kitchen. What a way to spoil an expensive trip to Disney. To top off the no sleep, our fire alarm was broken, and beeping. They sent someone while we were out, and they didn’t fix it. It was still beeping. And on the last night we could hear the one from next door doing the same thing. In the upstairs bedroom the comforter and sheets were stained. Gross. In the ant room, we moved the bed and there were dead bugs, and food particles that had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. AND THEY DID NOT PLUG THE HOLE WHERE THE ANTS CAME FROM!???? So of course they are going to keep coming in. This place was disgusting and not being cleaned properly, I was grumpy for my entire trip as I was unable to get sufficient rest from sharing a couch. Poor service. Poor cleanliness. Stay in a hotel and least they have people around to address any concerns ...

Don’t NOT Rent from Magnolia very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! The lady that sounds like she is India has very Poor Customer service!!! Hung up on my wife and me While we were in mid sentence! Upon arriving we seen trash all thru the yard and neighbors were looking at us funny because of trash! We walk in and Immediately a foul odor Hits you in the nose and the AC was set to 75 degrees and you can’t adjust (Mind you it’s summer time and its at least 90 outside) I call Costumer service right away to let the know what’s going on the Customer services lady nonchalantly brushes off my comment and hangs up! My children had to sleep thru the night with no A/C!!! Also wife doesn’t Work down stair fan half way works, pool has green mold, light bulbs blown, Games that are advertised in pictures DONT WORK!!! They’re noooo instructions on how to get games to work!!! It’s ants all in down stairs bathroom! My kids have broken out due to dirty lien and possibly a cat being in house! The property looks good on the internet but it’s not worth!!! I’ve spent 2k for a week and can’t even use pool and we are melting!!!!! PLEASEEEEEEE DONT STAYYYYY HERE AND WASTE YOUR...

COCKROACHES! Do not book with this company. First trip in 3 years due to COVID to go to Disney and see family. Rented this 4 bedroom 3 bath as I flew in all of my adult children. 7 of us in this rental. Over $2K for one week. First off the kitchen was infested with cockroaches. Even the dishwasher would have live cockroaches running on the clean dishes in it after a hot wash! The entire house was filthy. The carpets have caked in grime and mud. All of the walls/skirting boards are covered in food stains, dirt and whatever else. One of the beds were covered in urine. Nothing was dusted or cleaned in what seems like a few years. One of the upstairs windows was broken and wouldn’t open (fire hazard).

When we contacted Magnolia Villas listing all of the problems, the customer relations person Barbara only sent us back a canned email saying they had two teams of people cleaning and inspecting the properties.
