While the store carries quality furniture, their staff are not as responsive as one would hope from a fine furniture store. The first sales person we met and worked with never contacted me again, even though I tried to reach her more than once. I did ultimately work with another sales rep to order a sofa and loveseat that I first found in a Maryland store and did not wish to pay the shipping from MD to Avon. This sales rep had only to complete an order form to benefit from the commission for the sale, and still we missed out on the fabric we wanted for the accent pillows because she did not call back when she said she would.
