Was a 2 star until second incident... Need to train employees in manners and appreciating customers. The proper response to someone getting in a new line opened in front of someone waiting longer is "I'm sorry, I believe s/he was here first" and not to wait on them and chat a lot instead. Even the lady behind me did a #smh at the rudeness. A second occasion trying to return something longer than policy normally allows... (I wasn't aware of policy). If they'd have said no, that'd be my problem but I wasn't told the date issue as the reason. She walked back and looked and I was told they didn't carry it. I didn't believe it so I said scan it anyway and check, because you don't see it doesn't mean you didn't run out etc... Then her bad attitude shows itself. Then says I haven't sold any of these in months and I don't have to return it you know... Well if you'd said I'm so sorry we can't return items over 90 days old with a good attitude I'd still be shopping there unlike now with the return but a nasty attitude. CVS gets...
Read moreWe have been going to this location for years. Yet when I went in there on the 8th to buy birthday gifts for my wife they wouldn't accept my check. It was drawn on a new account I had opened and she was very rude. She said the check number only had three numbers. Does 4 numbers make it a better check? Read moreThe only person who seems to know anything is the pharmacist. He can be very difficult to work with in getting the amounts of what you should be charged through your prescription drug plan.
