Weigel's — Local services in Knoxville

This is day seven of there not being any breakfast available during breakfast hours. At 8 o’clock they have one breakfast pizza and one ham and egg biscuit. No sausage no sausage, egg and cheese three people in the kitchen after ordering one it took 38 minutes for it to be prepared. Or people standing at the cash registers, but there was no coffee available and the coffee machines in the self-service area were locked out because they required cleaning according to the screen. After getting somebody to come and make some coffee I then had to wait 15 minutes while they figured out where the creamer was because they didn’t have any. in the past this has been a really nice well-stocked store with friendly employees. I’ve been frequenting this Weigel’s for several years and my experience here has always been positive. The employees are kind, friendly, greet you, and remember you. Feels like a small locally owned business. The manager, Jerry, (Gerald) seems to have created a great environment for his employees. He always seems to have a joke to share or kind greeting. The store is always very clean, coffee station always stocked and the employees will get you anything you need if it isn’t. We don’t go to other Weigel’s anymore and go a little out of our way to...

Omg the gas pumps! First off it’s all fancy and pretty with the screen. I tried the tap. Needed a pin and canceled me. I did the chip and it went back and forth five times on insert remove insert and cancelled on me. I had to go inside and prepay. Why do I need to learn a new system to pay for gas!!! Then when I finally get to pump gas the screen starts a coffee ad with the sound of liquid spraying. Scared the hell out of me that I’m spraying gas everywhere. FIX THIS!!
