Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Kokomo

I have been in here many times browsing and buying suits. Today is the last time.

The staff are usually friendly and helpful. Today, the lady up front had no clue. It took my walking in, going to suits and trying them on for her to even acknowledge I was there. When I asked if a suit was fitting well, she had nothing to say. The other two guys in the store were so busy on their phone they didn't even bother to look up.

Found what I was looking for and went to try on pants. Every changing room was full of trash, tags and dust/dirt. The corners of the changing rooms especially were full of caked on dust that looks like it has been there for months.

I walked back out and asked if they even had the suit I was looking for online. After a few minutes on a tablet the answer was no. Got back to my office and looked and it was clearly in stock on the website.

Time to find another suit and dress cloths retailer that...

Worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. We walked in ready to get my husband resized and outfitted with 2 suits. My husband(WM)and I(BF) walked into the store and immediately made eye contact with 1 of 2 salespersons. We were not greeted and he turned around and went to the back . The second salesmen didn’t say anything and also went to the back shortly after. We waited for 3 or 4 minutes until both salesmen came back and still they did not ask if we need help and then another couple (W) walked in and were immediately helped. When my husband ask why the other couple was helped and the salesmen replied I wait for someone to ask me if they need help. We clearly were waiting for someone to help us. What store leaves the sales floor unattended and doesn’t actively seek to sale their products. If this is how customer service is taught to employees they need to revamp...

I had an outstanding experience at Men’s Wearhouse thanks to the incredible service from Kiersten Shepard, the store manager. From the moment I walked in, Kiersten went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. Not only did she offer great style advice, but she also made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. You don’t come across that level of professionalism and kindness often these days. Kiersten turned what could’ve been a frustrating shopping trip into a really enjoyable one. I left the store feeling confident and taken care of. Huge thanks to her for the five-star service—I’ll definitely be coming back...
