Jimbo and Debbie are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Jimbo is extremely knowledgeable and can tell what’s wrong with your appliance almost immediately, and Debbie will troubleshoot issues with you over the phone to make sure that the Jimbo has the right parts for the repair visit. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Debbie went above and beyond to help solve my washers problem. My dog was very sick and I had many towels that needed washing, and Jimbo was booked out for 2 weeks.
