I purchased the unlimited car wash program a year ago. Since then this car wash has gone down hill.
Restrooms are a pig stye 100% of the time, often no TP in the dispensers , or, seat covers for the seats that are 100% of the time desperately needing attention, not a single price tag on a single item in the store, front to back, side to side, top to bottom, employees show no effort in trying to provide speedy service anytime traffic inside picks up.... they close at 9pm summer hours (earliest convenience store closing time most likely in the entire state, smokeless nicotine selection lacks any and all of the most commonly used tobacco alternatives, but carries all of the least likely to be purchased alternative tobacco products, hot inside, more flies inside than the dairy down the street could even be responsible for, and just an all around circus show with what seems to be no management anywhere at all. I selected one not realizing the prices had significantly increased. No signs listed providing any information. No paper loaded in the gas pump, so had to stand in line for about 10 minutes to get it. Saw that the cost of the carwash had increased by $5 and when I got to the carwash line, they had a list of the included services which were decreased significantly from the $10 old carwash. Talked to the manager of the carwash and he took zero responsibility and acted like it charging people more without information is completely responsible. Icing on the cake was all the vacuums were broken. Will not be back. I always justified going, even though it doesn't do a great job of getting my car, clean due to the price being ok.
