Very judgmental and not accommodating to other peoples beliefs. Kept being offered Christian pendants, when it was obvious that I do not share the same faith.

REPLY: It was not a misunderstanding. It was very deliberate. Do not belittle the situation by passing it off as a "misunderstanding". Discrimination is not a joke.

EDIT: It is now 7/28/25. The clasp on the necklace snaped and I went to another store to get it fixed. Long story short, I find out that the White Gold necklace that I bought here is actually just Sterling Silver. This place can not get any worse. BUYER'S BEWARE. I went to two different stores to make sure. They both told me the same thing.

These people take advantage of you. I had a very horrible experience with one of the employees who tricked me into thinking I was buying a ring I wanted and was a whole other ring that was 3,650 more than the one I wanted. She rushed me through all the paperwork and was really pushy about the ring I didn't like. Thank God I was able to file a complaint through pregresiv and they resolved the issue sort of too bad that lady us still working there. I hope she doesn't try to rip anybody...
