I went with my sister in law to macys, I usually never buy anything, however macys had a 15%off sale on Sunday and bought two perfumes a Tiffany and a Marc Jacob, upon arriving to my house the Tiffany was half empty and a bit leaking. The other was fine, so the next day I got off from work at 5 and went to return them, since the new Marc Jacob perfume does not last more than a few hours. And Tiffany was damaged. Upon arriving there was a lady who tried to help us and she was really trying, she needed help and another teammate came to help her but was not helpful kept on treating her bad and made ugly faces. And didnât wanna deal with returning 251.34 so she wanted to give me credit to the store but my purchase was only 3 days and I had the receipt. I forgot my card to return 51.34 and I told them I would come back tomorrow. And I just did the return full on and christine employee number 71981423 was the BEST EMPLOYEE ever ! Sheâs so sweet and very helpful. She listens to you and understands because thereâs a difference when u try to explain the issue and they donât understand but this employee is the best. I was fortunate to encounter Christina, a remarkable sales associate in the men's cologne department. Despite the late hour, Christina warmly welcomed me and listened attentively to my preferences and needs.

   Read moreWhile the attendant in the purse section was initially friendly, once she decided I wasn't interested in the high end purses, she actively avoided me. Additionally, I walked around the corner after speaking with her for at least 3 full minutes and encountered a mirror that revealed I had 2 huge pieces of pretzel salt stuck to my face (I had just eaten one before entering the store) and the woman hadn't been kind enough to point it out. Jokes on her since I wound up deciding to purchase one of those high end purses she wrongly assumed I wasn't interested in. But I will be making my purchase online rather than support her department.
3 stars are for cleanliness, product quality, pleasant atmosphere, and relatively reasonable pricing. 2 stars removed for customer service since this is not my only experience being snubbed at this particular location. For the record, I was dressed nicely, but not in my most expensive clothes since I had been at the park with my child. Other times I have stopped in after a business meeting or ladies night and received entirely different (good) treatment. My experience has been that if your brand names aren't showing on your clothes, don't expect great service here.
