I was given misleading information by associates and cashiers. Thus, I had to pay full price instead of getting any discount, Kohl's cash or reward. And everything was in the future, when I thought it would be on the current purchase because I filled out a rewards card then. The cashier didn't know the details about Kohl's cash or rewards or that there was a yousave15 discount available. The front manager also wasn't well informed and didn't help me. The customer service person only told me to call the rewards number where you can't talk with a live agent, only get recordings. My old rewards account disappeared and I had to open a new one at the store during my purchase but I found out the limitations later. The $20 Kohl's cash I have isn't good until Feb. 20, but I don't need anything else beyond what I bought on Feb. 15 . My new $5 reward isn't available until March 1. The whole rewards and Kohl's cash system is a scam. Also, I just found out that for the yousave15 discount good until Feb. 19 dozens and maybe over 100 brands and items are excluded. Basically, anything that is a brand name. Total joke. The company has gone downhill and service and merchandise at the La Quinta, CA, location has declined. The Under Armour two shirts I bought for $100 total I could have gotten at Amazon for $80. You have lost a customer. No wonder the Kohl's company isn't doing well. All over the Internet it was shown as soon as you walked through the door you receive your free Kohl’s cash mystery as to how much you might get. Today, eager to walk in I was quickly disappointed when there was no one there greeting me with my free cold cash. We waited in line to to see if we needed to ask an associate for the free cash. Read moreI asked for help in exchanging gift my son got me for Xmas. I had two sales girl help me and they were very efficient in finding the right size I needed. I was a little shock that at first, customer service would only give me five dollars for fifty five dollar item without the receipt even when all the tags were in place. I was lucky to find the same items in the size that was correct for me OTHERWISE I would only get five fifty in exchange. My son likes Kohl's but I don't and now I have another reason I wont shop there. The sales girl's were also shocked by the policy. But I was pleased that they were so helpful OTHERWISE I would had to wait and loss 5 pounds before I could have worn my Xmas gift from my son. I won't tell him that I had a problem because I know how meticulous he is and also very busy and he would have been very upset. It really was my fault because I had put on some pounds over Xmas and the cut was tight fit. ACTUALLY, he has done this in the past without a problem but I felt the tailoring was different and the button hole needed breaking in and almost impossible to button.
