NEVER AGAIN! Extremely poor customer service! I called beforehand to make sure they carried the parts I needed, went in and paid, called back when they instructed to go pick up said parts and somehow they had ordered the wrong ones, even though my receipt had the correct item numbers, after a Lot of mess I finally got the correct parts at a later time. The next day I needed a 3 dollar tool went down there and had forgotten my wallet and they refused to let me call in later w my card info or just come back and pay, they have all my information in their system and after their huge mistakes the day before you'd think they would help me out, I'll never...

It would be appreciated if a customer walks in the door to be greeted, or at least acknowledged. Maybe interact with the customer and see if there's anything specific they're looking for? I walked down almost every aisle until I finally asked the lady at the counter, that was on her cell phone, if they had what I was looking for. Took the car here yesterday. Nathan checked the battery and found it was bad. They had one to fit it but it had been setting for awhile.

Instead of just selling it, he checked it to make sure it was good, then put it on the charger to make sure it was ready to go.

After which, he installed it for me.
